KenanZhu 8e14d45b71 fix(ci): 修复 Windows summary 因 Write-Host 管道失效导致空白输出
pwsh 中 Write-Host 写入信息流(stream 6)不进入管道,Write-Host | Out-File
实际写入空文件。改为直接输出字符串(stream 1)进入管道,与 macOS 的
echo >> GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY 行为一致。
