fix(docs): 更新手册域名并移除不存在的 requirements.txt 引用

- 手册 URL 已从 www.autolibrary.kenanzhu.com/manuals 迁移至
  manuals.autolibrary.kenanzhu.com
- 构建步骤中不再引用已不存在的 requirements.txt
