Copy all version-specific screenshots from frontend assets to images/ directory. Update all MDX image paths from /assets/images/ to /images/ for Mintlify compatibility.

Migrate v1.3.0 latest release manual from static HTML docs to Mintlify MDX format.
Features scheduled task editing with right-click context menu, UUID preservation for recurring tasks, manual task execution, and all previous features from v1.2.1.
