Copy all version-specific screenshots from frontend assets to images/ directory. Update all MDX image paths from /assets/images/ to /images/ for Mintlify compatibility.

Migrate v0.1.0-alpha manual from static HTML docs to Mintlify MDX format.
Adds auto check-in feature, improved run mode configuration, and skip tracking in results.
