Restructure docs for zh locale, update theme and logo

- Move all MDX content to zh/ directory for i18n
- Switch navigation from tabs to languages pattern with zh as default
- Change theme to mint with primary color #64ffda
- Update logo SVGs to include "AutoLibrary" text
