Reorganize docs into 4 sections: 安装/配置/功能/FAQ

- Merge 预约信息 into 用户配置 tab, combine 系统设置 and 运行模式,
  move config save/load to 其它配置 tab
- Merge scheduled-tasks content into introduction as 功能 page
- Unify all troubleshooting entries to Steps format
- Update navigation groups and index links to 4-part structure
