restructure: reorganize navigation and file system for multi-version support

Refactor docs.json navigation to Languages → Tabs → Versions → Groups
hierarchy per Mintlify design spec. Mirror the structure in the file
system as zh/manual/v1.3.0/ to allow future versions to coexist.
Update all internal cross-references accordingly.

+- 点击 [**启动脚本**] 按钮开始运行
+- 在配置窗口中切换到 [**用户配置**] 选项卡
+- 右键菜单中选择 [**编辑**]
+- 勾选 [**启用重复执行**] 以开启周期任务
+
+当你看到一段 [**加粗**] 格式的文字时，即表示这是 AutoLibrary 中的某个可交互元素，你可以在软件中找到对应的操作入口。
