Standardize callout components: fix Tip/Info/Note misuse and unify to multi-line format

- Fix 6 Tip callouts misused as Info or Note based on Mintlify severity guidelines
- Convert all 20+ inline callouts to consistent multi-line format
- Add "什么是浏览器驱动？" Accordion section in driver installation page
