Standardize UI button labels and restructure index into two pages

- Use [**text**] bracket format for all UI button references across docs
- Split zh/index into beforestart and intro pages
- Update primary color to teal (#0d9488)
- Add JSON format reference link and misc text fixes

+- 右键菜单中选择 [**编辑**]
+- 勾选 [**启用重复执行**] 以开启周期任务
+
+当你看到一段 [**加粗**] 格式的文字时，即表示这是 AutoLibrary 中的某个可交互元素，你可以在软件中找到对应的操作入口。
